Research

Ⅰ. 免疫老化（Immunosenescence）の定量化と可視化

加齢に伴う免疫機能の変化を末梢血レベルで捉え、客観的・定量的に評価する手法の開発を行っています。

• 末梢血細胞を用いた免疫年齢（Immune Age）の指標開発
• 単球・好中球の表面分子変動による老化評価
• Flow cytometry データに基づく動的免疫老化指標の構築
